Cooper tunnel

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Coopertunnel , named after its invention, Jeff Cooper , is a superstructure element from the IPSC shoot.

It is a low-height passage (for example 1.20 meters), i.e. a tunnel through which the shooter has to move in order to achieve the shooting sport task.

The upper cover of the tunnel consists of loosely lying, light wooden slats that can fall down when touched by the shooter. The shooter will be credited with corresponding penalty points for each struck bar.

Situation in Germany

In Germany, the Coopertunnel is expressly forbidden in the sports regulations recognized by the Federal Office of Administration .
