Corporate Finance (CF) is a German trade journal founded in 2014 . Previous magazines were Finanz-Betrieb from 1999 to 2009 as well as Corporate Finance Law and Corporate Finance biz (from 2010 to 2013 respectively). It is published twelve times a year by the Handelsblatt publishing group and deals with topics from the areas of capital markets , financing and mergers & acquisitions ( corporate finance ).
