Courtney Crumrin

Courtney Crumrin is an American independent comic series, written and rendered by Ted Naifeh . The series is published in the USA by Oni Press and in Germany first from 2004 by Modern Tales , an offshoot of eidalon Verlag , and since 2018 in the new color version by Dani Books.

With the first story Courtney Crumrin and the Night Things , Naifeh also began working as a writer. The four-part miniseries was published by Oni Press and nominated for an Eisner Award in the Best Limited Series category in 2003 . Three other miniseries followed, Courtney Crumrin and the Coven of Mystics , Courtney Crumrin in the Twilight Kingdom and Courtney Crumrin's Monstrous Holiday ("Courtney Crumrin and the monsters of the old world") and a single issue called Courtney Crumrin Tales (no German-language publication), which told a story from the youth of Courtney's uncle Aloysius.

Courtney Crumrin's first four adventures are published in German by eidalon Verlag . The publisher Dani Books has been publishing the series again since 2018 with a revised translation, in a larger page format and in the colored version.
