Creixomil is a place and a former Portuguese parish ( Freguesia ) in the district of Barcelos . The community had 832 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011) and an area of 4.2 km².
In the course of the regional reform on September 29, 2013 , the municipalities of Creixomil and Mariz were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Creixomil e Mariz . Creixomil is the seat of this newly formed community.
