Crematorium is an American deathcore band from Los Angeles , California that formed in 1991, split up in 1998, and reunited in 2000.

history

The band was formed in 1991. After developing the first songs, they released the first demo Dark Manifestations in 1993 , which was followed by the EP Unholy Massacre in 1994. In 1997 her debut album Epicediums of the Damned was released . In 1997 and 1998 the band recorded covers for various compilations , including Whiplash , originally from Metallica . Due to strong line-up changes, the band disintegrated in 1998 until they finally reunited in 2000.

In 2001 the band went to DDG Studios to record the EP A World Where Only Nightmares Prevail and release it that same year. During the year, the band also played various live performances. As a result, the band reached a contract with Prosthetic Records . In 2002, the band went into the Speed Semen Clove Factory to work with Michael Rozon album For All Our Sins take. In 2005 the next album The Process of Endtime was released .

style

The band plays a mixture of death metal , metalcore and hardcore and can be compared to bands like Kataklysm .
