The Crutch Peaks (English for crutch tips ) are up to 275 m high mountains made of dark rock on Greenwich Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In the Dryanovo Heights, they rise 2.5 km east of Greaves Peak and 4 km east of the northwestern tip of the island.
Scientists from the British Discovery Investigations named one of the mountains Crutch Peak after surveys carried out between 1934 and 1935 . Later aerial photographs showed it was a group of two twin peaks and a series of low elevations.
