Crystal Beach Cyclone was a wooden roller coaster at Crystal Beach ( Ontario , Canada ), which opened the 1926th It is considered to be one of the most extreme roller coasters ever built. The layout was equipped with many curves and downhill runs of up to 80 °. The journey took only 40 seconds after leaving the 29 m high lift hill . There was employed a nurse who often took care of the passengers during the journey unconscious were. In 1946 the railway was closed. The Comet , which opened in 1948, used a large part of Cyclone's rails.
