background

The Cura group of companies has been operating senior living and care facilities, rehabilitation clinics and additional services since 1995. With the takeover of the majority in Maternus-Kliniken at the end of 2007 and the IRYO Society for Health Management in April 2008, a total of 50 senior citizens' homes and care facilities, six home care services and four specialist and rehabilitation clinics belong to the Cura Group. In addition, Recatec GmbH, an internal service provider for gastronomic and household services, belongs to the group of companies. The organizational head office is the Cura Seniorenwohn- und Pflegeheim Dienstleistungs GmbH in Berlin.

The core activity of the group is in-patient care; through growth in upstream levels such as home emergency services and outpatient services, the group has a portfolio of services related to the care of old, disabled and sick people.
