Curt Pomp
Curt Pomp (born August 10, 1933 ) is a sculptor and restorer who has been committed to the preservation of historical buildings in Lüneburg since the late 1960s in the "Working Group Lüneburg Old Town" (ALA) he founded . For this work, the ALA received the “German Prize for Monument Protection” from the German National Committee for Monument Protection at the Federal Minister of the Interior in 1979. Curt Pomp was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit in 1988 .
