Dörte Gernert

Dörte Gernert (* 1944 ) is a German historian.

Gernert his doctorate in 1983 at the University of Cologne Dr. ped. It has made a name for itself above all with publications on regional history. She is married to the senior director of studies a. D. Klaus-Dieter Gernert (formerly director of the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Gymnasium in Rösrath ). The couple lives in Rösrath and in Kas, Turkey. Her daughter Folke teaches Romance languages ​​at the University of Kiel.
