The DB Services GmbH is a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG and affiliated to the Board department infrastructure. DB Services is the service provider for real estate , industry and mobility . The services range from infrastructural facility management in real estate and industry to technical facility management through to vehicle cleaning and provision. The company operates in 6 regional areas at 300 locations across Germany. DB Services is one of the largest FM providers in Germany and manages 175 million m² of space.

The history of DB Services began with a loose group of companies. This has been merged over the years and is now completely managed by DB Services.
- 1990: Foundation of the lane cleaning company and the establishment of Anlagen und Haustechnik GmbH
- 1998: Renaming of Anlagen und Haustechnik GmbH to Anlagen und Haus Service GmbH
- 2002: Renaming of Anlagen und Haus Service GmbH to DB Services Technische Dienst GmbH and renaming of the railway cleaning companies to DB Services GmbH
- 2006: Merger of DB Services Technische Dienst GmbH with DB Services GmbH to form DB Services in six regional companies
- 2012: Renaming to DB Services GmbH and merger of the six regional companies into DB Services GmbH
