GDR best determination in women's football 1981
The third GDR determination of the best in women's football by the DFV took place in 1981.
The games were played in the Karl Liebknecht Stadium in Potsdam-Babelsberg in front of over 3,000 spectators.
The champions became the BSG Turbine Potsdam , which had now managed to achieve the championship title in the third attempt and with home advantage.
