DJ Pee

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Peter Beckmann aka DJ Pee (pronounced: P-Double-E) is a German DJ . He is one of the veterans of German hip-hop and was a member of the Bremen rap group FAB

Musical work

In 1993 DJ Pee founded the "Freaks Association Bremen" with FlowinImmo and Ferris MC , which was under contract with the indie label  MZEE .

Scene experts explain the popularity of the 1995 debut album "Freaks", among other things, with the album's unmistakable sound. DJ Pee succeeded in lending his musical signature to innovative sampling, interference effects based on noise rock and the renunciation of the classic turntablism "freaks".

In 1997, however, the group separated due to private differences, whereupon DJ Pee no longer appeared in collaborations relevant to pop culture.
