Dagmar Bollin-Flade is a German entrepreneur. She is the managing partner of Christian Bollin Armaturenfabrik GmbH in Oberursel .

Career

Bollin-Flade studied mechanical engineering in Darmstadt and graduated with a degree in engineering. After two years as a project engineer in the nuclear energy division at KWU in Offenbach, she joined her parents' company in 1984 and took over its management in 1985.

In addition, she works on a voluntary basis in the committees of economic self-government. In 1990 she became the first woman in the history of the Frankfurt Chamber of Commerce and Industry to become a member of the industry committee. In 1993 she was appointed chairwoman of the “Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” committee and in 1995 she was the first woman to be elected vice-president. At the federal level, she is the chairwoman of the SME Committee at the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and spokeswoman for the IHK network for SMEs.

She is President of the Rotary Club Frankfurt Städel and was President of the Friends of the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 2010.
