Dagmar Sacher

Dagmar Sacher (born August 1, 1966 in Erbach im Odenwald ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Life

After completing her legal training, Dagmar Sacher began her career in the judiciary in 1996 in the higher judicial service in North Rhine-Westphalia . She worked as a trial reporter at the Regional Court of Dortmund , the District Court of Castrop-Rauxel and as a judge in the Judicial Examination Office at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm. In July 1999 she was appointed judge at the Dortmund Regional Court. In March 2004 she became a judge at the Hamm Higher Regional Court . In addition to his judicial work at the Dortmund Regional Court and the Hamm Higher Regional Court, Dagmar Sacher was also involved in judicial administration. In 2008 she was seconded to the North Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of Justice . Afterwards she was a member of a civil senate responsible for building law at the Hamm Higher Regional Court . In 2012 she became the presiding judge at the Higher Regional Court and then headed a senate responsible for family law at the Hamm Higher Regional Court. In addition to her judicial work, she wrote articles for the compendium of building law published by Rolf Kniffka and Wolfgang Koeble .

At the age of 48, she became a judge at the Federal Court of Justice in November 2014. It was assigned to the VII Civil Senate of the Federal Court of Justice , which is primarily responsible for building and architectural law .
