Dagmar Weiss

Dagmar Weiss (* 1978 in Marburg ) is a German visual artist and lecturer in photography .

Live and act

From 1999 to 2005 Dagmar Weiss attended the Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences, where she completed her diploma in photography and film design. In 2006 she received an international scholarship and from 2006 to 2010 studied at the University of Art and Design Helsinki , completing a Master of Arts in photography. Dagmar Weiss is also a lecturer in photography at the Hamburg University of Fine Arts .

She lives and works in Berlin.

reception

While Dagmar Weiss' participation in exhibitions and festivals tends to remain within the narrow framework of those interested in art, the constant film work for the Arte broadcaster gives her a large number of television viewers with each of her clips and thus an ever greater degree of awareness.
