Daiva Lukaševičiūtė-Binkulienė
Daiva Lukaševičiūtė-Binkulienė (* 1968 in the Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian notary public , vice-president and former president of the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries .
Life
Daiva Lukaševičiūtė graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Vilnius University in 1991 and then worked as a lawyer and administrator in a notary's office . On December 1, 1992, she became a notary in the 2nd Vilnius Notary Office. Daiva Lukaševičiūtė was later elected to the Vilnius District Presidium of the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries and from 1999 to 2005 to the Presidium of the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries. Daiva Lukaševičiūtė was President of the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries from August 21, 2005 to March 29, 2008. Since March 29, 2008, she has been Vice-President of the Chamber of Notaries. In 2014 she was elected for the third time by the General Assembly of Notaries as Vice President (for the period up to 2017).
From 1999 to 2004 she led the notary examination .
