Daldis

Coordinates: 38 ° 40 ′  N , 28 ° 5 ′  O Daldis ( Greek  Δάλδις ) was an ancient city in the Lydia region of Asia Minor, above Marmara Gölü in the Manisa provincein modern-day Turkey. It is best known for its inscriptions and coins minted there from the Roman Empire (1st to 3rd centuries). The mother of the dream interpreter Artemidor von Daldis came from Daldis .

The titular bishopric of Daldis of the Roman Catholic Church goes back to a late antique bishop's seat in the city .
