Dalma Nerea Maradona Villafañe (born April 2, 1987 in Recoleta , Buenos Aires ) is an Argentine actress .

Life

Dalma Maradona was born as the daughter of soccer player Diego Maradona and Claudia Rosana Villafañe. She has a sister. Dalma Maradona grew up in Naples and Seville , where her father played soccer. At the age of six she moved to live with her grandmother in Buenos Aires.

At the age of ten she appeared on the Argentine television program Cebollitas . She later played in theater and in television series. She began her training at Hugo Midón's drama school (1944–2011) and studied acting at the Instituto Universitario Nacional del Arte (IUNA), where she obtained her licentiate in 2011 . She wrote about her father and herself in the play Hija de Dios (The Daughter of God), which premiered on June 8, 2012 at the Teatro Sha with her in the lead role. La Rabia (2008) by Albertina Carri was the first feature film she worked on. In 2011 she played the lead role in Orillas by Pablo César .
