Damián González , full name Damián González González , (born January 5, 1993 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.78-meter-tall offensive player González ran in the Apertura 2012 once in the Primera División for the then first division club Bella Vista . In January 2013 he switched to the Montevideo Wanderers . There, however, he was only used in a single first division game of the 2013/14 season. Since January 2014 he has been on loan to the second division club Atlético Progreso . For the club, which is also based in Montevideo , he played four games in the Segunda División . In the 2014/15 season he was initially back in the Wanderers squad and was used once (no goal) in the top Uruguayan league. At the beginning of March 2015 he was loaned to the second division Canadian Soccer Club , for which he played 15 second division games by the end of the season and scored once in the opposing goal. At Apertura 2015 he moved to the first division club Atlético Rentistas . In the 2015/16 season he was there 16 times (no goal) in the league.
