Damian McGinty
Damian Joseph McGinty Jr. (born September 9, 1992 in Derry , Northern Ireland ) is a Northern Irish actor and singer.
Life
His hometown is Derry, Northern Ireland. He won the casting show " The Glee Project " and with it several appearances in the series Glee . His parents thought it would be a good idea for him to go to a karaoke bar in a local eatery and sing there. After he sang there, someone told him to audition for the Celtic Thunder. After the selection process and the audition, he manages to be accepted by them - he has toured with the Irish band since he was 14 years old.
In 2011 he took part in the show Glee Project, which he won with Samuel Larsen and thus seven episodes on Glee.
The fourth episode of season 3 was his first appearance in Glee. He plays Rory Flanagan, an exchange student from Ireland who lives with Brittany's family.
