Damien-Dutton Award

The Damien-Dutton Award is an award for commitment to the fight against leprosy . It is awarded by the Damien-Dutton Society For Leprosy Aid , a charitable foundation (founded in 1944) based in New York. The name is reminiscent of two volunteer lepers ( Father Damien and Joseph Dutton) in Hawaii.
