The building steam mill Road 101 is located in Düren district Derichsweiler in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The house was built at the end of the 16th century / beginning of the 17th century.

The two-storey half - timbered house has a cantilevered upper storey. The gable side was plastered in 1912. The eaves side is a rare construction with exposed framework and swords . The house has a steep gable roof .

The building is registered under No. 7/003 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
