Dandelion and Burdock
Dandelion and Burdock ( English for " dandelion and burdock ") is a traditional non-alcoholic beverage specialty from Great Britain that has been there since around 1265. It is traditionally made from fermented root extracts from both plants. Today, however, the dark brown drink that can be bought in many British supermarkets is often a soft drink made from water , sugar or sweeteners , colorings and flavorings .
