Danesh ( Persian : دانش; DMG : Dāneš ; German : "Knowledge") is the title of seven different Persian-language magazines that have been published since 1882. Since the spring of 1985, the Persian cultural attaché in Islamabad has published a quarterly report on Persian culture and literature on the Indian subcontinent under the name Danesh . The editors were the Pakistanis ʿĀref Nowšāhī , who was responsible for the first fifteen editions, and Sebṭ Ḥasan Rażawī , who was responsible for the subsequent editions. Also issued. This report also included advertisements for books and magazines.
