Danilo Massi

Danilo Massi (born January 25, 1956 in Rome ) is an Italian actor and film director .

Life

Massi, the son of the cameraman and later director Stelvio Massi , played small roles in three musical comedies by Ettore M. Fizzarotti , which his father photographed. In the mid-1970s, he began working as an assistant director with his father, who had meanwhile moved to the director's chair, and made his debut in 1979 with Ciao cialtroni! that he had also written as a director. The film was u. a. successfully shown at the Festival Incontri Internazionali in Sorrento , but hardly got any time in the cinemas. Only at the end of the 1980s did Massi return to film, again as an assistant and screenwriter, but also with his own action films , in which he also acted under pseudonyms .
