Danistics
The Danistik is a portion of the Scandinavian or Nordistik . She deals with the Danish language , literature and culture. The subject is divided into older and newer Danistics. Danish is offered at all Scandinavian institutes and at the Institute for Danish Language at the University of Flensburg .
Danish teachers are trained at the universities in Kiel , Greifswald and Flensburg. There is a need for qualified Danish teachers, especially in the southern part of Schleswig .
With the exception of Flensburg, Danish Studies in Germany cannot be studied separately from the Scandinavian Studies subject .
