Danny Sapani

Danny Sapani (born November 15, 1970 in London , England , United Kingdom ) is a British actor of Ghanaian descent. His best-known role in German-speaking countries is that of Sembene in the television series Penny Dreadful , of which he is the main cast.

Life

Sapani was born in London as one of six children of Ghanaian immigrants. He received his acting training at the Central School of Speech and Drama . Since 1993 he has appeared in more than 40 film and television productions.
