Dante Grela

Dante Grela (born August 13, 1941 in Rosario / Santa Fe ) is an Argentine composer and music teacher .

Grela is Professor of Composition, Acoustics, Orchestration and Electroacoustic Music at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario and Director of the University's Electroacoustic Music Studio. He also heads the research project Creación musical e identidad cultural en la creación musical de Latinoamérica at the Instituto Superior de Música of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral . Since the 1960s he has been active as a composer of works for chamber music and orchestras, but above all for electroacoustic works.
