Daqin Pagoda

The so-called Daqin Pagoda ( Chinese  大秦 塔 , Pinyin Dàqín tǎ ) or pagoda of the Daqin Monastery ( 大秦 寺塔 , Dàqín sìtǎ ) in the Zhouzhi district of Xi'an in the Chinese province of Shaanxi are the remains of the earliest Christian church building in China from the Tang Dynasty . The Nestorian building complex was built in 650 by members of the Assyrian Church of the East . It is located in the immediate vicinity of Louguan Tai .

The Daqin Monastery pagoda has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-775) since 2006 .
