The State Nature and Biosphere Reserve "Daurski" ( Russian Государственный природный биосферный заповедник "Даурский" ) is a Russian nature reserve , which in the Daurian steppes of the Trans-Baikal region lies on the border with Mongolia.

The reserve was established in 1987 to protect the dry steppes and wetlands of the steppe region of Dauriens. After enlarging the buffer zone, it now consists of an area of 208,600 hectares, of which the main part, around 163,800 hectares, form a buffer zone. The core zone is divided into nine individual areas that are embedded in the buffer zone. Together these core zone areas cover around 44,800 hectares. In the 1980s, the settlement of the Przewalski horse in the area was planned, but this was due to the collapse of the Soviet Unionwas prevented. Today there are plans like this again. The reserve is home to 48 species of mammals, 317 species of birds, three species of reptiles and three species of amphibians, four species of fish and around 800 species of insects. The reserve is an important protected area for the Mongolian gazelle, also called Dzeren, which is the only remaining occurrence in Russia in this area. The animals have increased in recent years and, according to information from the director Vadim Kiriljuk, their number in the area around the reserve is again 3,600–3,800 animals. In the region, these are mainly distributed among the Ononski , Borsja and Sabaikalsk Rajons . Other species on the Red List are the Manul and the Daurian hedgehog .

Recently, another reserve, Dolina Zerenow (Valley of the Dzeren), was established to ensure the migration of the Dzeren between Russia and Mongolia.
