David Bohn
David Bohn (* 1965 in Manitowoc / Wisconsin ) is an American composer, organist and music teacher.
Bohn studied at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee until 1989 , then until 1994 at the University of Illinois composition. His teachers included Joel Naumann , Yehuda Yannay and William Brooks (composer) . He taught music theory at both universities and was organist at the Unitarian-Universalist Church of Urbana-Champaign for a long time . He lives in West Allis and is visiting professor at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside , a member of the Organ Historical Society and president of the Wisconsin Alliance for Composers .
