David Henry Wilson
David Henry Wilson (* 1937 in London ) is a British author for children and young people.
Life
After studying at Dulwich and Pembroke College in Cambridge , he worked as a teacher in France, Ghana and Germany. At the University of Konstanz he was an academic senior counselor and founded a student theater there. He also taught at the University of Bristol .
David Henry Wilson is married with three grown children. He lives in Taunton , Somerset . His plays have been performed in England, America, Germany and Scandinavia.

Jeremy James is the hero of children's books Wilson wrote since 1977. The titles of the books are:

The British original was published by Chatto and Windus Ltd. London, later with Pan Macmillan Children's Books London. The first German edition was published by Friedrich Oetinger Verlag in Hamburg. The illustrations and the cover are by Peter Schössow , in later volumes by Eva Czerwenka .
