David WK Johnson
David WK Johnson ( David Wayne Kim Johnson , born July 28, 1975 in Seoul ) is an American composer and trombonist .
Johnson studied music at the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point with Charles Rochester Young . He is the director of instrumental music for the School District of Williams Bay , Wisconsin. He plays the trombone in the Swing Doctors Jazz Big Band , the Central Wisconsin Jazz Orchestra and the Wausau Symphony Band and Jazz Band , as well as the Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra . He composed a. a. Piano works, a duet for alto saxophone and tenor trombone, a trio for horn, trombone and trumpet, Ninja Quest for brass ensemble and Eine Kleine Kountrykitchenmusik für Nacht for speaking choir.
