David Wilson (hurdler)

David Wilson ( David Nicholson "Dave" Wilson; born September 7, 1951 in Edinburgh ) is a former British hurdler and high jumper .

In 1970 he was starting for Scotland at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh seventh in the high jump.

At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he was eliminated from the 110 m hurdles in the preliminary run.

In 1970 he became English indoor champion in high jump and in 1980 over 60 m hurdles. He was six times Scottish champion over 110 m hurdles (1970–1972, 1974, 1977, 1981) and three times in the high jump (1970–1972).
