De Meerpaal (Dronten)
De Meerpaal is a cultural center and exhibition hall in Dronten ( Flevoland ), in the Netherlands . The building was originally designed by the architect Frank van Klingeren . In the short history of Dronten, the developments around de Meerpaal have taken a prominent place. Heated debates were sometimes carried out by both the population and the politicians. This is the only reason why 'de Meerpaal' is now inextricably linked with dronten.
