The Debarsee ( Macedonian Дебарско Езеро Debarsko Ezero ; Albanian  Liqeni i Dibrës ) is a reservoir in the West Nordmazedoniens on the border with Albania . The dam at Špilje dams the Black Drin , the country's second longest river. It is located directly in front of the town of Debar , from which the lake takes its name.

The Debarsee has an area of 13.2 km² and is one of the largest in North Macedonia. It is 92 m deep; the water level in normal damming is 580  m above the Adriatic Sea . The lake was created between 1966 and 1968 as a result of an increase in the existing dam near the village of Špilje to 102 m.
