Debeli Precjednik / Fat Prezident is a five-piece melodic hardcore band from Croatia , which was founded in Osijek in 1993 . It consists of the singer Tin Kovačić, the guitarists Davor Bestvina and Ivan Budaić, the bassist Igor Kovačević and the drummer Siniša Rajković. The band functions partly under its Croatian name Debeli Precjednik ("Fat President"), partly under the Croatian-English combination name Debeli Precjednik / Fat Prezident.

Debeli Precjednik was founded during the Croatian War when the members were in their teens. Above all, it is important to them to convey a message with the music and they speak out against all forms of violence. In their songs they also speak of the dark side of the so-called "Homeland War", which can be heard, for example, on their record Through The Eyes Of The Innocent . The band gives many concerts that take place all over Croatia, but often also in other countries of ex-Yugoslavia. Debeli Precjednik completed three major European tours, where they played in Italy, Austria, France, the Czech Republic, Denmark and Norway.

In 2007 they were awarded the Croatian Zlatna Koogla Music Prize in the Best Band category.

One of the most famous songs by Debeli Precjednik is called Farmersko srce ( Farmer's Heart ). This song has become a hymn for Osijek football fans .
