Deckhand

Deckhand is the name given to an area of ​​activity on board yachts . Duties include scrubbing the deck, helping out in the kitchen, serving food, or lending a hand with berthing maneuvers.

Under the designation Deckhand , an internationally recognized seafaring certificate is awarded in Germany, to which a private law training with a degree based on the English examination regulations of the "Royal Yachting Association" (RYA) and the "Maritime Coastguard Agency" (MCA) leads.
