Dee Island is an island with a distinctive sharp-edged peak at the southern end, which belongs to the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located 4 km east of Ongley Island and just off the north coast of Greenwich Island .
The island was mapped in 1935 by scientists from the British Discovery Investigations .
