The defacto was the largest German owner-operated dialog marketing - advertising agency and one of the leading CRM provider in Europe. She was active in more than 50 markets in a wide variety of industries worldwide.
Former companies
The defacto.gruppe, founded in 1989, united the following companies under one roof:
- defacto marketing GmbH (based in Erlangen and Düsseldorf), provider of integrated communication solutions
- defacto call center GmbH (locations in Erlangen, Nuremberg and Istanbul), a service provider for (telephone) customer dialog with dialog tasks in 15 languages
- 37 grad dialog GmbH based in Amberg, part of the defacto.callcenter group, responsible for large-volume call center projects
- defacto Kreativ GmbH (based in Erlangen and Hamburg), a creative agency for integrated communication
- defacto software GmbH, a technology supplier for IT systems in marketing, sales and eCommerce
- defacto research & consulting GmbH, with the task of quantitative and qualitative market research as well as strategic and operative marketing implementation advice and a focus on "use of recommendation marketing "
- aok.teleservice defacto gmbh, responsible for customer and member support for various state AOKs.
The group also included the davero.akademie with professional and personal training opportunities, as well as the defacto.stiftung, which looks after children's aid projects.
In the Top Job 2010 competition , defacto call center GmbH was recognized as the fourth best employer among companies with over 500 employees in Germany.
In 2008 the defacto.gruppe split up. Defacto.x, defacto software GmbH and the davero group were created. Consulting and call center services are combined in the davero group.
