The Delta Pavonids are a meteor shower observable from the southern hemisphere that is best observable before dawn during its period of activity from March 11 to April 16, as its radiant is high above the horizon. The radiant is located in the constellation Peacock , near the star δ Pavonis.

The Delta Pavonids have a ZHR of 5 meteors per hour. About 13% of these meteors leave an afterglow trail in the sky.
