The Delta Valley and Southern Railway (DVS) is an American railroad company based in Arkansas . With a length of 3.2 km, it has the shortest route network of a shortline railway. The company is based in Wilson . The depot is in Evadale. The company was founded on June 27, 1934 when the 29 km long line from Delpro to Tyronza was bought by the St. Louis - San Francisco Railway . In 1947 the line between Tyronza and Elkins was closed.

A GE 45-tonne No. 50 diesel locomotive and around 200 freight wagons were part of the fleet. The locomotive was newly acquired in 1954. On January 24, 2007, the locomotive was added to the National Register of Historic Places under number 06001263.

Transport goods are agricultural products and industrial goods. The transport volume includes around 600 freight wagons per year.

The company is owned by the family business Lee Wilson & Co.
