The house Denhardtstrasse 18 is a listed residential building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the corner of Denhardtstrasse and Falkenbergstrasse on the site of the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg in Magdeburg's Alte Neustadt district .
Architecture and history
The five-storey building was built around 1900 as a residential building. The plastered building has a representative design and has a flat tail gable on both sides of the street . There are two large box oriels and a small, graceful corner bay directly at the corner of the building. The bay windows are structured with rusticated pilasters . The crowning and parapets of the windows are decorated with stucco decorations in Art Nouveau style .
The building is an example of a sophisticated tenement house in the region from the turn of the 20th century.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 17410 .
