Denis Behr
Denis Behr (born July 27, 1980 ) is a German magician and author .
Life
Behr has been involved in magic since he was 8 years old. He was particularly fascinated by doing magic with playing cards . In addition, he created the Internet database "Conjuring Archive" mainly for his colleagues, which is used for intensive research, not just for card tricks . Denis Behr is a member of the committee that co-determines the award of the Hofzinser Ring every three years.
Behr appears regularly in the magic theater in Munich with shows and seminars on card art pieces, and has already given several performances at The Magic Castle in Hollywood .
He wrote several articles on magic tricks and specialist literature in the magical world and in the American magazine Magic . Since the end of 2008 he has been writing monthly reviews for Magie magazine . In 2011, Behr was honored with the title of Writer of the Year by the Magic Circle of Germany .
Since 2011 Denis has been playing his full-length program at the Krist & Münch Table Magic Theater in Munich on a regular basis .
At the FFFF congress ("Fechter's Finger Flicking Frolics", only for invited guests) he received the Lou Gallo MVP Award in 2012.
