Franz-Mecker-Strasse in Bitburg

The monument zone Franz-Mecker-Straße in Bitburg , a town in the Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm in Rhineland-Palatinate , includes the houses Franz-Mecker-Straße 3/5, 7, 9, 11 and 13.

As conservation zone designated development in changing stylistic forms (late historicism , home style and Reform Architecture ) with single and semi-detached houses in a villa-like garden was produced between 1903 and 1913. It extends on the west side of the road.

The builders were craftsmen, teachers, an architect and a city secretary.
