Dennis Robert David Rogan, Baron Rogan (born June 30, 1942 in Banbridge ) is a Northern Irish politician of the Ulster Unionist Party in Northern Ireland . He was president of the party from 2004 to 2006.

On July 16, 1999, he was promoted to Life Peer as Baron Rogan , of Lower Iveagh in the County of Down . He sits as a crossbencher in the House of Lords even though he is seen as the leader of the UUP.

He is the son of Robert and Florence Rogan. Lord Rogan is the founder and managing director of Dennis Rogan & Associates, a carpet yarn trading company, and the founder and managing director of Associated Processors Ltd., a jute manufacturer, and director of Stakeholder Communications Ltd, director of Events Management Ltd. and Deputy Director of Independent News & Media (NI) Ltd. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Independent News & Media, Patron of The Somme Association and “Friend” of the Salvation Army . Lord Rogan is Colonel of Honor of 40 (Ulster) Signals Regiment.
