Denver, the Last Dinosaur (Original title: Denver, the Last Dinosaur) is an American animated series that was produced between 1988 and 1989 .

action

A group of teenagers find a very large egg one day on their skateboarding adventures. A short time later, the friendly Denver dinosaur hatches from it. From now on, he becomes the teens' best friend. They experience many adventures together and familiarize Denver with modern city life. However, they always have to make sure that nobody discovers him and therefore look for hiding places for him.

Production and publication

The series was produced between 1988 and 1989 by World Events Productions and Calico Entertainment in the United States. This resulted in 2 seasons with 52 episodes.

The series was first broadcast in 1998 on several English-language television channels. The German first broadcast took place in 1997 on RTL Television and further broadcasts followed until 2001 on RTL II . The English version was also released on DVD .
