Deo et Patriae

The Latin phrase Deo et Patriae means "For God and Fatherland" and is a motto that was used in the past by various rulers (such as on the vicariate coins of the 17th century from Saxony ) and institutions (such as the Theodorianum high school in Paderborn ) was used. Today this motto can be found z. B. still with some student associations .
