Deolindo da Silva

Deolindo da Silva is an East Timorese politician. He is a member of the FRETILIN party .

Career

Since 2000, Silva worked in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries . Here he was director of the seeds department and most recently director general for agriculture.

In the seventh government , Silva was appointed Vice Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries in the second round of appointments on September 29, 2017 and sworn in on October 3. His term of office as Vice Minister ended when the Eighth Government of East Timor took office on June 22, 2018.
